Atturo Tire Corp. is combining the attributes of high performance with all-weather dependability in the new AZ810. The tire is designed for sedans and coupes, as well as CUVs, SUVs and light truck applications.
Atturo says the tire caters to both the enthusiast community, as well as the growing group of drivers looking for hybrid and electric vehicle options. The tire is on display this week in Atturo's booth at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, (No. 44167)), as well as the New Product Showcase.
The tire features the 3-peak mountain snowflake (3PMS) symbol, along with an asymmetrical tread pattern and three circumferential grooves with swooping channels, 3D sipes and plenty of biting edges. Atturo says all of these features enhance snow traction.
The AZ810 offers a quiet ride for hybrid and EV drivers. The optimized shoulder blocks provide a peaceful ride, while still offering high performance qualities.
The tire's compound and tread pattern fight through snow, but also provide traction, grip and precise handling in wet conditions akin to Atturo's AZ850 summer UHP tire.
The Atturo AZ810 will debut with 16 enthusiast-focused sizes ranging from 17 to 24 inches. These sizes cover section widths from 225mm to 305mm, with aspect ratios spanning from 35 to 55 series. More sizes will be added throughout 2024.
As with the full Atturo lineup, the tire is suitable for applications on hybrid and electric vehicles (EV) where the required speed and load ratings are matched. The AZ810 also is backed by a 45,000 mile limited tread wear warranty.
