Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels had added a new size, 42x13.50R17 LT, to its Baja Boss M/T line.
The new size offers enhanced sidewall height and flexibility, "especially during off-road scenarios when the tire is deflated," according to Mickey Thompson officials.
Extended SideBiters "deliver additional biting edges for superior traction."
The Baja Boss M/T also contains Mickey Thompson's PowerPly XD construction, which offers heightened puncture resistance and "exceptional durability. Its innovative bias-angle ply design efficiently distributes impact load across a broader area of underlying radial plies."
And the inclusion "of a 50% heavier third play sets a new industry standard for off-road tire construction."
