Big Brand Tire & Service, which is based in Moorpark, Calif., has entered Texas via the acquisition of Tires to You, which has seven stores in the Austin area.
The Tires to You locations will be rebranded as Big Brand Tire & Service stores.
Big Brand Tire & Service, which is owned by private equity firm Percheron Capital, has “plans to significantly grow its presence” throughout Texas “in the coming years,” say Big Brand Tire & Service officials.
“Tires to You has earned a trusted reputation in Austin for offering a wide range of tire brands and services, including tire installation, alignments and repairs. By becoming part of Big Brand Tire & Service, these locations will benefit from the company’s expanded resources, cutting-edge technology and comprehensive service offerings – delivering even greater value and convenience in the communities we serve.”

With the purchase of Tires to You, Big Brand Tire & Service now operates more than 215 locations across its native California, as well as Colorado, Arizona, Nevada and now, Texas.
It’s one of the 10 largest tire dealerships in the United States, according to the recently published 2024 MTD 100.
