Tire Discounters Tackles the Problem of Potholes

Tire Discounters Inc. is a presenting sponsor of Pave the Way Innovation Lab, which identifies next-generation solutions for pothole detection, repair and prevention.

The initiative, held in conjunction with the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, where Tire Discounters is headquartered, "will bring together civic technologists, transportation experts, entrepreneurs, urban planners and other cross-sector collaborators to modernize road maintenance using smarter tools, municipal data and deeper community engagement," according to Tire Discounters officials.

"This forward-thinking initiative reflects the innovation and collaboration needed to improve our roads and strengthen our community, a mission we’re honored to support," says Crissy Niese, Tire Discounters' senior vice president.

With more than 200 locations, Tire Discounters is one of the 10 largest tire dealerships in the United States, according to the 2025 MTD 100.
