Leeds West to Build Big O Store in Iowa

Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Leeds West Groups (LWG) will build a Big O Tires location in Waukee, Iowa.

LWG recently acquired land in Wakuee for the location, which is expected to open later this year.

"This acquisition marks LWG’s ninth real estate purchase in Iowa, further strengthening the company’s strategic investment in the region," according to LWG officials.

LWG has 124 locations across 18 states. It is one of the largest tire dealership chains in the United States, according to the 2025 MTD 100.
