Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. has named its new chairman one of the company's representative directors.
Katsumi Komaguchi, who became Toyo's chairman Nov. 12, 2015, will become one of two representative directors for the company as well. Toyo says the move is being made "to strengthen corporate governance system with our group's growth and expansion."
The change is effective Jan. 1, 2016.
