Another quarter, another dividend for Cooper

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. announced a fourth-quarter dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock. The dividend is payable March 31, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business March 3, 2011.

The company has declared a dividend for 156 consecutive quarters.

Cooper Tire's share price on the New York Stock Exchange on Dec. 31, 2010 -- the end of its fiscal fourth quarter -- was at $23.58. That compares to $20.05 per share one year earlier.
