The Hankook WeatherFlex GT all-weather tire recently was recognized at the Red Dot Design Awards.

"The tire stood out for its nature-inspired design, featuring an asymmetric tread pattern modeled after broadleaf leaves and kerfs - thin slits in the tread -inspired by conifer needles. This biomimetic design enables a well-balanced driving experience across dry, wet and snowy roads, enhancing overall driving stability and safety."
The Red Dot Design Award "is a prestigious global design competition," according to Hankook officials.
