Tire Agent CEO Gives Back
Jared Kugel, CEO of the e-commerce tire company Tire Agent, is giving back to a Hoboken, N.J.-based shelter.
After nearly being homeless in 2019 while struggling to launch his new business and facing debt and foreclosure, Kugel is donating his time and resources to The Hoboken Shelter, an organization that offers meals, housing and programs for those in need.
Kugel has made it his mission to help uplift guests and staff at The Hoboken Shelter and contribute to its initiatives of ending hunger and homelessness, say Tire Agent officials.
"Jared Kugel’s generosity has touched every corner of The Hoboken Shelter,” says Jaclyn Cherubini, executive director of The Hoboken Shelter. “From sharing his personal story at our Conquering Adversity Panel, to supporting our events (and) to donating funds, Jared has strengthened our mission in ways that will be felt for years. He has taken the time to connect with our staff and our guests on a deeply human level and that kind of leadership creates real, lasting change.”
