SEMA Show: Bosch to Showcase New Products, Services
Bosch Mobility Aftermarket will showcase its latest products, technologies and services at this week's SEMA Show and AAPEX.
"As vehicles evolve across combustion, hybrid and electric powertrains, repair professionals face increasing demands for advanced diagnostics, specialized equipment and ongoing technical training," say Bosch officials.
"Bosch is addressing these challenges through an integrated portfolio of automotive parts, diagnostic solutions, software, tools, training and services designed to help shops work more efficiently and prepare for what’s next."
At Bosch, we understand that helping repair professionals succeed takes more than individual products," says Rolf Schillinger, vice president of marketing at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket North America.
"It requires the right combination of technology, parts, training and ongoing support. At AAPEX and SEMA, we’ll demonstrate how Bosch is bringing these capabilities together to help shops address today’s repair challenges while preparing for the vehicles and technologies of tomorrow.”
Attendees can explore new products, experience live, in-booth demonstrations and connect with Bosch specialists across diagnostics, braking, tools and equipment and other aftermarket categories.
Bosch will showcase continued investment in its aftermarket parts portfolio at AAPEX Booth (#V3216), "encouraging confidence for every repair with new offerings and expanded vehicle coverage across several key categories," say company officials. "Bosch will also announce the launch of a new product category to keep drivers safe on the road."
Bosch will showcase its Blue Brake Rotors, whih complement the organization’s broader braking portfolio, "boasting a smooth pedal feel, effective stopping power and high durability to ensure OE-level quality without a premium price tag. Bosch will also highlight its heavy-duty braking portfolio as it continues to expand its offering for commercial vehicle applications."
Bosch has expanded its filtration portfolio by 416 new part numbers in 2026, and will be teasing an additional new 20 part numbers to be launched in 2027. "Together, these expansions cover 108 new Asian models, 121 new domestic models and 221 new European models."
In addition, Bosch is growing its rotating machines portfolio. Over 1,000 new part numbers are scheduled for release by the end of 2026, with the goal of achieving 90% coverage.
On top of that, Bosch is also "significantly expanding its Air Conditioning (AirCon) portfolio to provide comprehensive solutions for all makes and models. The expansion focuses on key kit components including compressors, expansion valves, and driers. By 2027, the portfolio will grow from 239 to 786 total compressors SKUs, achieving an impressive 90% total VIO coverage. This growth will deliver substantial coverage across key segments ensuring repair shops have access to complete, high-quality AirCon solutions from Bosch."

At its SEMA Show booths (#24012 and #24013), Bosch will spotlight its ADS 10X Plus Scan Tool and Remote Diagnostic Service as part of its broader connected workshop approach, bringing OE-level diagnostic support directly to the service bay to help technicians troubleshoot and complete challenging repairs in-house.

Bosch will feature products and solutions from OTC Tools and Robinair at SEMA Show booth (#24013), "highlighting equipment designed to help technicians perform repairs and service procedures efficiently. OTC Tools will unveil the CorePull, a new line of automotive and industrial pullers available in capacities ranging from one to 13 tons.
"Each CorePull’s center hub footprint is smaller than a traditional two- or three-jaw puller, enabling greater access to tight spots. Additionally, the slotted design and specialized notches allow faster, easier changes from two-jaw to three-jaw or from internal to external setup.
"Also new to OTC is the Detour, a flexible, triple-wobble style extension for hand tools and impact wrenches to ease removal and re-installation of fasteners in hard-to-reach places. Available in 1/2-inch and 3/8-inch square drive configurations, the unique shape and design of the impact-rated tool give a nearly 90-degree bend within a fiveinh radius via a multi-segmented extension.
"Robinair will highlight solutions for automotive air conditioning service, including the new Robinair Next Generation (NG) Premium ACS machine, which combines automated A/C service, connected vehicle data and streamlined workflows to help technicians complete A/C service up to 34% faster than before."
