SEMA Show: Landscape Highlights New Tires, Tech
Landscape Durable Tires is highlighting its eight-pattern tire line-up at this week's SEMA Show.
Visitors to the San Dimas, Calif.-based company's SEMA Show booth also will learn about Landscape's Aegis High-Durability Technology and Purple Diamond Pledge.
Landscape says it has "one objective: to produce the most durable tires in the market," according to company officials.
Products are supported "by controlled laboratory durability testing, instrumented on-track performance testing and ongoing real-world use" and Landscape's Durability Pilot Program "adds a real-world layer to that testing."
Participating drivers can accumulate miles via normal use while Landscape records tread depth, overall tire condition, mileage and drivers' observations.
"The real question is not whether a tire can perform one day one," says Joe Acosta, Landscape's marketing manager. "It is how it continues to perform after thousands of miles of real use. Our laboratory and track results have been extremely validating" and the company's pilot program "gives us real-world feedback (about) how Landscape performs over time, in the hands of actual drivers."
Landscape's SEMA Show booth (#48225) is in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
