Turbo Wholesale Tires LLC is expanding its product portfolio with two new tires and the return of Rolling Big Power (RBP) wheels, all showcased at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nev.
The company introduced the Lexani RFX Max run-flat tire and RBP Distributor commercial van tire, marking an expansion into additional segments of the replacement tire market.
Both tires were entered in the show's New Products Showcase in the tire category and are on display in the South Hall. Attendees can also visit Turbo Tires' outdoor booth, #80034 in the Silver Lot, to see the company's products and meet with representatives.
Bridney Jordan, proprietary brands, product and marketing manager for Turbo Wholesale Tires, spoke with MTD about the introductions and the company's plans to bring RBP wheels back to market.
Lexani expands run-flat offering
The new Lexani RFX Max builds on the company's existing RFX and RFX Plus run-flat tire offerings, incorporating an updated tread design that is consistent across the size lineup.
Jordan explained that previous manufacturing limitations required the company to use different tread designs for smaller and larger fitments. Updated manufacturing capabilities now allow the company to offer a unified tread pattern.
The RFX Max incorporates run-flat technology designed to allow drivers to continue traveling after a loss of tire pressure rather than immediately stopping to install a spare.
Jordan said the tire is primarily aimed at passenger vehicles with larger wheel diameters and is expected to become available in December 2026.
She also emphasized affordability as a selling point, positioning the RFX Max as a lower-cost replacement alternative to premium-brand run-flat tires.
RBP enters commercial van tire segment
Turbo is also introducing the RBP Distributor, the brand's first commercial van tire.
The tire is designed for cargo vans used by contractors, delivery companies and other businesses that require dependable transportation while carrying tools, equipment or freight.
Jordan said the Distributor is offered in five size and load configurations, which the company estimates cover approximately 95% of the U.S. commercial van tire market.
The lineup includes sizes ranging from 185/60R15C to 235/65R16C, with applications for vehicles such as the Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ram ProMaster.
According to RBP, the Distributor features a tread design engineered to resist stone retention and promote even wear. Longitudinal and shallow grooves help evacuate water for wet-road traction.
The tire is backed by a 40,000-mile limited treadwear warranty and is eligible for road hazard replacement coverage, according to the manufacturer.
Jordan said the Distributor is positioned as an affordable replacement-market option for commercial van operators, extending the RBP brand beyond its traditional focus on off-road and light truck tires.
RBP wheels return to market
Beyond the tire introductions, Turbo is using the SEMA Show to announce the return of RBP wheels. Jordan said Turbo acquired the intellectual property and ownership of the RBP wheel brand, bringing the wheel business together with its existing RBP tire portfolio.
The wheels have been absent from the market for several years, according to Jordan, but the company continues to see interest in the brand.
"Now we have RBP tires and wheels," Jordan said.
The relaunch begins with a forged wheel lineup that includes off-road, beadlock and dually applications.
Jordan said combining the two product categories gives the company an opportunity to offer RBP tires and wheels together to customers looking to customize trucks and other off-road vehicles.
The RBP tire portfolio includes mud-terrain, all-terrain and rugged-terrain offerings for trucks, Jeeps and SUVs, with flotation sizes ranging from 31 to 40 inches.
The new wheel lineup is featured at www.rbpforged.com.
Turbo Wholesale Tires' three proprietary tire brands are Lexani, Rolling Big Power and Lionhart.
