Gallagher Tire holds memorial golf outing

June 30, 2014

Gallagher Tire Inc. recently held the seventh annual Jack Gallagher ’63 Memorial Outing at Scotland Run Golf Club in Williamstown, N.J.

The event is named for Jack Gallagher, founder and former president of Gallagher Tire. The event brought together many alumni from St. Joseph’s University, members of the Gallagher family and key Gallagher Tire suppliers.

"Gallagher Tire is proud to be a part of a terrific event in honor of a great man that ultimately provides support to some worthy causes,” said JP Gallagher, president of Gallagher Tire.

This year’s proceeds support the Go Hawks Fund and the Kinney Center for Autism for Education and Support. The Go Hawks Fund helps fund scholarships for under-represented high school students to attend St. Joseph's University.

“We are grateful to all who attended, and to our great partners in the tire business who helped make this the best year ever,” Gallagher said.
