James Froisland will replace Christopher Bohnert as chief accounting officer at Titan International Inc. effective Sept. 13, 2017.
Froisland joined Titan as interim chief financial officer and chief information officer in May 2016. The titles eventually became permanent. Prior to joining the company he was the principal consultant for Froisland Consulting.
Bohnert was named chief accounting officer in 2015. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, he is leaving the company "to pursue another opportunity."
