Treadways Corp. appointed Skip Viola to vice president of sales operations, and James Lyke to sales operations manager.
Viola is responsible for all supplier programs, including pricing and products, for all Treadways divisions. He was previously vice president of sales and marketing for the Laramie Tire division.
Lyke, formerly marketing manager, will be responsible for all cost maintenance, competitive analysis and industry data. He will work closely with Treadways' customer service and computer operations departments.
Treadways markets six brands, which account for 3% of the replacement passenger tire market, according to Modern Tire Dealer's 2001 Facts Issue.
