Nearly six inches of rain fell in Copley Township, Ohio, in a 24-hour period recently. However, most of it fell in a three-hour period in the wee hours of the morning.
Residents and local business were caught off-guard, which is the motivation behind Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich's latest blog, "To minimize flood damage, use this checklist as a guide." Ulrich lives in Copley Township, and checked out some of the damage while walking his dogs early the next day. "It was a short walk," he says.
