Cooper promotes customer service

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. recently promoted Douglas Corbin and Robyn Dashnaw to customer service managers.

In his new position, Corbin will be responsible for leading the international and Oliver Rubber customer service teams, as well as managing several of Cooper’s national accounts.

Formerly product manager for tubes, bladders and envelopes, Corbin also will retain responsibility for tubes and bladders for Cooper's commercial tire operations.

Dashnaw, who joined the company in 1987, will be responsible for leading the house brand and private brand customer service teams. Formerly a customer service coordinator, she was most recently regional credit manager.

Cooper also promoted Darren Lepper to manager, claims administration for its tire group. In his new position, Lepper will be responsible for managing consumer related policy issues.

Lepper joined Cooper in 1991. Prior to his promotion, he was operations manager in the consumer relations department.
