Hisao Suzuki, currently executive director, moves to board vice president.
Tadanobu Nagumo goes from managing director to board executive director.
And both Takasuke Sato and Tetsuya Mizoguchi advance from director positions to board managing director.
In addition, YRC has named Hiroshi Hosoya, Toshio Izawa and Yasuhiro Mizumoto to board positions. They replace Yoshiro Naito, Kazuo Okamoto and Yuzo Kikuchi, who will retire on June 27, 2003.
