A new version of Recommended Guidelines for Preparing a Tire Retread and Repair Government Bid is now available from the Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB).
This nine-page document can be a valuable tool for any government agency in helping to prepare bid specifications for tire retreading and repairing, says TRIB. It notes the document is totally generic and does not promote any one type of retreading or any one company.
The document can be viewed and downloaded in a pdf format by visiting the TRIB Web site, www.retread.org, and going to the GOVERNMENT section on the navigation bar.
