QDS announces Web Seminar Series for dealers

March 13, 2003

Quality Design Systems Inc. (QDS) designed its new QDS Web Seminar Series to be an interactive forum for tire dealers to learn more about the issues affecting business in today’s changing economic environment.

This monthly, on-line series will cover topics ranging from Internet security to improving the customer experience and customer retention.

"The QDS Web Seminar Series was created to provide an educational and knowledge sharing tool that will enable dealers to make sound business decisions based on the latest information available from industry leaders and experts," says Marketing Manager Brian Packer.

"Whether a technology or customer care issue, dealers will leave with a better understanding of what must be done to lessen the impact of the issue on their business."

Each seminar is free of charge to all who are interested and lasts less than one-half hour. Immediately following the main presentation, a live question and answer session will give participants the opportunity to share their insights, experiences and ask questions.

Seminars will be recorded, archived, and linked to the QDS web site as a reference tool.

Here are some of the upcoming topics:

* Internet security. It will focus on some of the security threats to business operations and how to protect critical business data against possible attacks. It will be presented by Pete Brandt of SonicWALL.

* "The Customer Experience." Proven ways you can inspire trust in your customers, make them feel comfortable, and how you can add value by selling additional services you know they need, will be discussed. It will be presented by Phil Baum of CCITRIAD.

* Customer retention. You will learn what you can do to differentiate yourself from competitors, inspire loyalty in customers and keep them coming back time and time again. It will be presented by Steven Liao of MechanicNet.
