Wheel Pros LLC of Denver, Colo. is acquiring Colorado Components, an ATV, UTV, and golf cart wheel and tire company. The deal closed Nov. 13, 2015.

Colorado Components' tires and wheels are sold under three brands: MSA Off-Road Wheels, EFX Performance Tires and Fairway Alloys. With locations in Dallas, Texas and Grand Junction, Colo., the company has experienced a five year compound average growth rate of more than 20%. Ben Johnson, the company's founder, will continue as general manager, along with Beau Bryant, sales manager, and Brandon Brouillette, marketing manager.
Johnson says, "We are thrilled about the opportunity that Wheel Pros offers in their distribution, sles and marketing power. By now having access to 27 distribution centers we will provide our dealer network with product delivery that is the best in the powersports industry."
