The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is partnering with Federated Insurance Companies to offer TIA members a free webinar on attracting and retaining quality employees. The “Got Talent?” webinar is scheduled for 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. EDT on Wed., Sept. 16, 2015.
The webinar will cover challenges in attracting and retaining quality employees at either end of the age spectrum. TIA says attendees will learn: *how to attract and keep good talent;
* how to work with and manage millennials;
* how to work with and manage older workers;
* how to work with and manage millennials and older workers at the same time;
* universal ideas for engagement, management and motivation of your workforce.
The webinar will be conducted by Enquiron as part of the Federated Employment Practices Network. The presentation will be led by Robin Taylor Symons, co-managing partner of the Miami Gordon & Rees, LLP office and a member of the Labor and Employment, Insurance, and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Symons provides legal counsel and advice to small and mid-size employers. Her labor and employment law expertise is also provided to businesses and specialty business groups across the U.S. through Enquiron.
