Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce second quarter 2015 financial results before the U.S. stock markets open on Thursday, Aug 6.

A year ago, Cooper reported net income of $38.2 million on net sales of $888.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. That compares to income of $35.5 million on sales of $884.1 million for the same period in 2013.
