Find Hundreds of Exhibitors at the Latin Tyre and Auto Parts Expos

Feb. 19, 2019

The annual Latin Tyre Expo is just around the corner. It will be held at the ATLAPA Convention Center in Panama City, Panama, June 26-28, 2019.

Its sister convention and trade show, the Latin Auto Parts Expo, will be held at the same convention center three weeks later, July 17-19.

The Latin Tyre Expo showcases more than 200 exhibitors, while the Latin Auto Parts Expo features 300 exhibitors. Thousands of buyers from Latin America and the Caribbean attend both shows annually. Companies looking to expand into the Latin American parts or tire market are encouraged to attend.

There also will be presentations by industry leaders from the tire and aftermarket parts industries.

The Central America Region as a whole represents a market of about 46 million people who collectively imported more than $29.6 billion of U.S. goods in 2017. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, the region is the third largest export market for U.S. manufactured goods in Latin America, behind only Mexico and Brazil.

The U.S. Department of Commerce endorses the Latin Tyre Expo as well as the Latin Auto Parts Expo, and sees both shows as an excellent opportunity for U.S. companies to showcase their products and services.

Expo officials say the venue is expected to change in 2020 with the completion of the new $193 million Amador Convention Center.

Show organizers say the Latin Tyre Expo is the largest tire industry show in Latin America, while the Latin Auto Parts Expo has the largest, most diversified regional buyer representation in the auto parts industry in both Latin America and the Caribbean.
