Sentaida International has acquired ZT Wholesale, the wholesale division of Zisser Tire Co. Inc. The deal will give ZT Wholesale, a high and ultra-high performance tire distributor, access to other passenger, medium truck and off-road tire lines.
In addition, ZT Wholesale's current line-up -- which includes Diamond Back, Lexani and Wanli brand tires, among others -- will be expanded to include Ling Long and Yartu brand performance tires.
Don Mathis is now general manager of Sentaida's United States operation, as well as ZT Wholesale.
"Sentaida is very excited to expand our U.S. operation through ZT Wholesale," says Jeff Chen, president of Sentaida International.
Sentaida officials say ZT Wholesale will continue to serve customers from its St. Louis, Mo., warehouse. In addition, Sentaida's current warehouse in California will be expanded on Jan. 2.
"The new warehouse will better serve the western states," says Mathis. It will be operated by Aaron Tennison.
