Mitchell 1 opens up customer retention marketing program to others

Nov. 8, 2007

Mitchell 1 has opened its Customer Retention Marketing (CRM) program to work with non-Mitchell 1 management systems, including NAPA Tracs, Alldata Service Center, R.O. Writer, and many more.

"We expanded our popular CRM program to make it available to a wide range of users," says David Niemiec, general manager of Mitchell 1's business performance services department. "So even if your automotive repair shop is not a Mitchell 1 Manager subscriber, you can still benefit from our CRM program to help improve your customers' loyalty and increase monthly car counts."

Automotive repair shops will receive the same CRM benefits and support as Mitchell 1 Manager customers, including:

* dedicated CRM agents to provide consultations and periodic review of CRM results;

* customized post cards; and

* coupon and promotion updates upon request.

Mitchell 1's non-Manager system also works with its new eCRM program -- the e-mail-based service designed for small-to-medium sized automotive repair shops and for shops that want to try the CRM program at a lower monthly price.
