Five months after the departure of Manny Cicero, Sandy Pensler remains CEO of Denman Tire Corp. Denman is owned by Pensler Capital Corp.
Cicero had been CEO and president of Denman since May 2005. Prior to joining Denman, he was president of Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC's Off-the-Road Tire Sales Group.
A Denman spokesman says Cicero left the specialty tiremaker to pursue other opportunities.
