Mitchell 1 updates Customer Retention Marketing program

Mitchell 1 has updated its Customer Retention Marketing program to include several new features, including the ability to calculate the cost of parts and labor into a repair shop's return on investment.

Additional features include updated customer visit reports, a service indicator function that targets European luxury vehicles and others.

Mitchell's Customer Retention Marketing program enables repair facilities to contact patrons with personalized reminders when their vehicles are due for scheduled maintenance.
