Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Jeff Endicott its process improvement director. He will oversee quality improvement at Cooper's North American plants.
Other duties will include cost control and waste reduction.
Since September 2006, he has served as technical director of the Cooper/Kenda Tire joint venture manufacturing facility in Kunshan, China.
