Ken-Tool has named Rick Homman director of operations. He replaces Robert Dempsey, vice president of operations for the past 10 years, who has retired.
Prior to joining Akron, Ohio-based Ken-Tool, Homman was production manager of Kobe Aluminum Products in Bowling Green, Ky.
Leonard Broyles, a native of Akron, also joined the company as customer service manager. He previously was a customer service representative at Stride Tool in Glenwillow, Ohio.
