China Manufacturers Alliance LLC (CMA) will raise prices on its Double Coin, associate and private brand medium truck and bus radial tires up to 5% on Sept. 1.
"As energy prices continue to soar, raw material and transportation costs have steadily increased to create pricing pressures," say CMA officials.
"Coupling these increases with currency valuations has made it difficult for CMA to hold pricing at current levels."
