Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will raise its commercial tire prices up to 5% on May 1.
"The Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly brands are affected by the increase," say Goodyear officials, who cite hikes in raw material, energy and transportation costs are reasons for the decision.
In addition, Goodyear raised its OTR tread rubber prices up to 5% on April 2.
