Cleveland, N.C.-based RDH Tire & Retread Co. will supply natural and styrene butadiene rubber buffings for rubber powder supplier Lehigh Technologies Inc.
Lehigh will use the buffings to manufacture its PolyDyne brand rubber powder.
RDH will supply Lehigh with buffings and peels from earth mover, OTR and truck tires.
"Natural rubber is expensive and scarce, but it is a necessary ingredient in many manufacturing applications," says Lehigh founder Anthony Cialone.
