Toyo Tire (U.S.A.) Corp. was recently awarded the 2006 PILAR Award for “Best First Year Development Program Using PluS” by MindLeaders, a Dublin, Ohio-based employee and individual performance improvement company.
PluS (Personal Learning Service) was used by Toyo to help develop its employees by providing tools that will allow them to increase their knowledge, skills and abilities, the company says.
The PILAR Award took into consideration Toyo employee abilities for exceeding achievements and their consistent dedication to the usage of the PluS development program.
Toyo was selected for the PILAR Award by a committee of executives from MindLeaders, marketing professionals and industry analysts.
