Bridgestone Corp. will transfer Yutaka Yamaguchi, executive vice president of tire development and technology for Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT), to Bridgestone Europe.
The transfer will take place Aug. 1. Yamaguchi currently is based at BFNT's Akron, Ohio, technical center.
Yasutaka Enoki will succeed Yamaguchi at the Akron facility. Enoki currently serves as executive vice president of BFNT.
"Yutaka has been a trusted member of the Bridgestone Americas management team and a strong contributor to the technical center’s continuing success," says BFNT Chairman and CEO Mark Emkes.
