Get copies of Asian presentations from TRIB

If you missed the Asian Tyre & Rubber Conference in India last month, you can get copies of topics discussed there from the Tire Retread & Repair Information Bureau (TRIB).

David Stevens, managing director of TRIB, was a featured speaker at the conference. “The conference provided a great opportunity for me to be directly exposed to a rapidly changing India and its fast-growing tire industry,” he says.

Stevens’ presentation covered:

 * What TRIB is and what it does to promote and defend the retread and repair industries worldwide;

* An overview of the US retreading market and a look at global trade activities for retreaded tires and casings; and

* A look at one potential cause of chamber fires and ways to prevent them.
