Blackburn’s Hubcap and Wheel Solutions Inc. has entered into asset purchase agreements to acquire the inventory of Houston-based Hubcap Depot and Rocky Roads Refinishing of Cypress, Texas. Both acquisitions took place the week of May 19, 2013.
Jimmy Blackburn, Blackburn’s co-owner, says, “These acquisitions allow us to supplement our industry-leading inventory to offer the most complete depth of product under one roof, ready for immediate shipping anywhere in the US – current model alloy and steel wheels in new, refinished and used condition.”
In business for 27 and 22 years respectively, Hubcap Depot and Rocky Roads Refinishing’s diverse and extensive inventory consists of late model steel and alloy wheels and center caps, according to Blackburn's.
The Macedonia, Ohio-based provider of OEM wheels and hubcaps has been in business since the mid-70s. The company has positioned itself over the years to cover a wide variety of commercial and consumer applications.
