TBC unveils Sumitomo national account program
The TBC Wholesale Group launched the Sumitomo Fleet Select national account program at the 2013 Mid-America Truck Show in Louisville, Ky. The show, which began on March 21, will run through Saturday, March 23.
The Fleet Select program provides Sumitomo truck tire distributors and dealers with the necessary tools to grow their fleet service programs by offering the following:
* quick delivery,
* competitive pricing,
* flexible billing options,
* wide product selection, and nationwide warranties.
A longstanding feature of the Sumitomo truck tire program has been to allow distributors the freedom to develop the brand in ways that fit their own markets. That continues with Fleet Select.
“Consolidation and growth in the trucking industry has supported a trend toward fleets requiring direct relationships with their tire suppliers,” says Richard Purol, vice president of marketing. “The Fleet Select program addresses that need by providing a conduit between Sumitomo’s dealer network and fleets that require national account tire programs.”
Sumitomo offers a broad ranges of high quality commercial truck tires. Featuring S-Tech design, the Sumitomo Premium Series consists of three SmartWay verified tread designs engineered to deliver long mileage, fuel savings, excellent retreadability and outstanding value.
