Continental AG has announced that William Kozyra has been given premature termination of his appointment to the company's board, effective June 1.
Continental officials say Kozyra requested the termination and has been granted early release from his contract with the firm, which he asked for as well.
Kozyra has been deputy member of Continental's board of directors for its NAFTA region since February 2006.
