Snap-on Equipment to hold dedication ceremony for new training center

Snap-on Equipment will hold an official dedication ceremony for its new training center in Conway, Ark., on May 8 in honor of Snap-on Inc.’s Board Chairman and past CEO and President Jack D. Michaels.

The center offers training on automotive service equipment, customer service and sales strategies. Classes will be available to direct sales agents, distributors and end-users of Snap-on Equipment products.

The state-of-the-art facility includes classrooms equipped with the latest computer technology, a service training area and an engineering lab, the company says.

The official dedication will be followed by a tour of the new facility, lunch and product demonstrations showcasing the latest innovative technology from Snap-on Equipment.

The facility houses all facets of equipment production including product design, manufacturing, sales and distribution. The company employs more than 200 employees in the Conway area.
