Houma, La.-based entrepreneur Paul Angelette has opened a RimTyme tire and wheel rental store in that town.
The new store -- which contains a large showroom stocked with more than 800 tires and custom wheels -- is the first of three RimTyme outlets Angelette plans to open.
The shop offers customers a flexible lease-purchase option "with no long-term commitment required," he says. "We give customers their choice of ways to pay: cash, credit, 90-days-cash, or lease-purchase."
Tim Hogan, RimTyme's vice president of operations, says RimTyme "is seeing a great deal of interest... from potential franchisees. We plan to be the hottest and fastest-growing wheel and tire company in America."
Plano, Texas-based RimTyme has 13 franchise locations and 11 company-owned stores in 11 states.
