Titan Tire Corp., a subsidiary of Titan International Inc., has promoted Jeff Kramer to vice president of manufacturing engineering and Dave Fines to operations manager at the company's Des Moines, Iowa, plant.
A 13-year Titan veteran, Kramer will oversee manufacturing engineering projects at all Titan locations.
Fines will relocate to Des Moines from Titan's Brownsville, Texas, factory, where he has served since 1998, most recently as operations manager. At Des Moines, he will be responsible for engineering and support activities.
