Michael Moffett has been named to the newly created position of "product champion" within Mitchell 1's Automotive Repair Solutions group.
In this position, he is responsible for providing focused support to the sales and support teams that drive customer acceptance of the OnDemand repair and transmission products.
"The goal of the new product champion position is to provide continuous and proactive communication to Mitchell 1's sales and support groups to enable them to provide an even higher level of service to our customers, which in turn, will drive increased satisfaction," says Dan Ramirez, general manager, Automotive Repair Solutions.
Moffett joins the Automotive Repair Solutions group following eight years with Mitchell Editorial. He also has experience as both a repair technician and service manager.
