Continental AG has been named a General Motors Corp. Supplier of the Year.
"Awards were received for the second year in a row in the area of brake systems and the fifth time in the area of engine mount systems," say Continental officials.
"We consider Continental to be a role model for all suppliers," says Bo Andersson, vice president of global purchasing and supply chain, for GM.
"They are recognized as a GM Supplier of the Year because they exceeded our expectations in 2005."
