"We are in the final stages of an acquisition that should be finalized by April 30," says Value Tire & Service LLC owner Steve Ayers.
Value Tire opened its first store last month. The five-bay, Daytona Beach, Fla., outlet carries Goodyear, Republic, Falken, Michelin, Dunlop and Cooper brand tires.
The dealership plans to open one or two more stores next year.
"We base our business on developing long-term relationships with our customers," says Ayers.
