Straightaway Tire & Auto has added seven locations in Florida via the acquisition of Auto Repair Pros.

The acquisition was made under Straightaway Tire's All County Tire & Auto banner.

Auto Repair Pros was founded by Mike Difato, Chris Green, and Eric Rutherford.

"The three have grown Auto Repair Pros throughout the Fort Lauderdale and South Florida area over the past seven years," say Straightaway Tire & Auto officials.

Based in Bloomfield, Mich., Straightaway Tire & Auto, which now has more than 100 locations, is owned by private equity firm 02 Investment Partners LP.
