Farmingdale, N.Y.-based Ranger Tire is building another retread plant in New York State that will begin production in early 2007.
It will be Ranger Tire's fourth retread facility.
Ranger Tire is retreading about 505 truck tires and 45 light truck tires per day, according to Ranger Tire CEO John Roefs.
