Jim Mayfield, Del-Nat Tire Corp.'s vice president of marketing, is leaving Del-Nat to join Yokohama Tire Corp.
His last day with Del-Nat is March 31. He will be director of Yokohama's Advan brand in the United States.
"It's a new position at Yokohama," Mayfield told moderntiredealer.com.
Mayfield joined Del-Nat in February 2004. Prior to that, Mayfield spent nine years with Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA), where he rose to the position of director of General brand management.
Before his stint at CTNA, he spent 13 years at Michelin North America Inc. in a variety of capacities, including district commercial tire sales manager for the company's Northwest United States region.
