In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Big O Tires LLC kicked-off its Show Us Your Bald Spot Facebook contest on Nov. 1, 2012.
Big O will give away one set of four Big O branded tires (up to $750 value) each week for eight weeks, ending Dec. 21.
Consumers are encouraged to post the best shot of their bald tire or tires on the Big O Tires national Facebook page: www.facebook.com/BigOTires. Include a short description of the photograph. Photos will be judged on ‘baldness’ and description creativity; edited images will be automatically disqualified.
“The Show Us Your Bald Spot campaign is a fun, engaging way to increase awareness and to educate consumers on the importance of maintaining adequate, safe tire tread depth,” says Kevin Kormondy, executive vice president & COO of Big O Tires.
