Combined Locks, Wis.-based U.S. Oil Co. Inc. has created a new division for its tires, parts and lube businesses: U.S. AutoForce. It includes U.S. Oil's U.S. Tire & Exhaust unit, as well as several other subsidiaries.

"With U.S. AutoForce, we have raised the bar on our depth and breadth of product offerings and enhanced our level of customer service."
U.S. AutoForce has 31 warehouses serving dealers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan and a number of other states.
